Nicola Jiang (Hua Xuan Jiang), born in 1997, currently lives and works in Shanghai and London as an creative director.  Through a variety of media including painting, sculpture, video, and installation, she seeks to understand the nature of life, time, history, and personal identity. Inspired by grotesque legends as well as mythological elements, her paints and expresses them through ink drawings. The flowing images are a synthesis of her creative logic.
